How to make a simple and soft wire rope loop?
A simple soft ring can be added to the stainless steel wire by placing the stainless steel ferrue at the end of the wire and winding the wire back to itself, then through the stainless steel ferrule. Once in place, use a swaging or crimping tool to compress the stainless steel ferrule until it keeps the wire secure.
step 1 Simply pass the end of the wire through the stainless steel ferrule and then wrap the end of the wire around the outer groove of the thimble.
Step 2 Pass the end through the stainless steel ferrule and pull it into the dead end to fit snugly against the thimble.
Step 3 Once in place, we recommend using a hydraulic crimping tool to press the stainless steel ferrule onto the rope to securely secure the thimble ring.
