How to make a simple and soft wire rope loop?

A simple soft ring can be added to the stainless steel wire by placing the copper ferrue at the end of the wire and winding the wire back to itself, then through the copper ferrule. Once in place, use a swaging or crimping tool to compress the copper ferrule until it keeps the wire secure.

step 1 Simply pass the end of the wire through the copper ferrule and then wrap the end of the wire around the outer groove of the thimble.

Step 2 Pass the end through the copper ferrule and pull it into the dead end to fit snugly against the thimble.

Step 3 Once in place, we recommend using a hydraulic crimping tool to press the copper ferrule onto the rope to securely secure the thimble ring.
